  12. Group Evaluation on Personal Fit CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT • Student 1: This job would not fit me very well. I am an ENFJ and Bright Blue and Orange. I am also an SAE. Just based on my codes, I am not a good fit. I am also not very detail orientated and not into the details of math and design. While this job is managing people, it is not connecting in the way that I prefer. The education required would be difficult for me. • Student 2 : This job would not be ideal for me. I am an SAE, and do not think that my strong SA would be satisfied in the role. My MBTI type of INFJ would not be a good fit, although J could serve me well in this role. I am a strong Blue, which would not be perfect fit, although I do believe that the Gold in me would do very well with the planning aspect of the role. • Student 3: I am not sure that I would make a good Construction Manager or that I would enjoy the job much. I am an ENFJ, have bright Blue and Orange, and am SIC. By merely comparing personality codes, I would not fit. I would not feel that my “Blue” would be met well in this job, as my connection with people would be only in a management position. However, my “I” might enjoy the science and math heavy educational background of the occupation.
