Enable Partners to Deploy BPOS-Standard in All Segments MPD helps Partners with: Resources Training Support Publishes Microsoft® Online Deployment Guide (MODG) on Deployment Central Develops and delivers deployment training based on MODG to Microsoft Partners MPD offers Microsoft Partners deployment assistance based on size of the deal Sales opportunity • Partners can sell deployment to thousands of customers in small, mid-market, and enterprise segments

  6. Partner Training Objective Train partners to help deploy BPOS-Standard for their customers using MODG. Scope The training will focus on plan, prepare, and migrate stages of deployment; understanding roles and responsibilities; project planning and key milestones; understanding support options; and available third-party tools. Training Details and Schedule will be Published Regularly for each Region

Deployment Support Available to Partners via phone • Up to 160 hours for more than 2400 Seats deals * • Up to 40 hours for 500 - 2400 Seats deals * Customer purchases through enterprise agreement or Microsoft Online Customer Portal Partner requests deployment assistance from Deployment Central (http://www.deploybpos.com) Assistance hours spread over the duration of deployment (Plan, Prepare, Migrate) through weekly engagement with the Partner Partner calls Support with deployment questions Support decides to refer to MPD * Maximum three engagements per Partner MPD Team Manages Partner Requests
