Return Confidentiality Form to Mr. Ely’s box by Friday, Sept. 12 (Blue form in your folder – one TOTAL) • Return Notification of Modifications/ Accommodations form to Mr. Ely’s box by Friday, Sept. 12. (Pink form in your folder – one for EACH student) • Complete Test Accommodations for Quarter 1 throughout the quarter for each student – Mr. Ely will collect at end of quarter.(Goldenrod form in your folder)

If you have a student you think may have an IEP, please let Mrs. Tedder know the name and she can look that information up for you. • If you have a student who is struggling in your curriculum area (EC or non-EC), let Mrs. Tedder know; there may be interventions available to help! • If you have a student who is struggling with behavioral issues, let Mrs. Tedder know; there may be interventions available to help!
