AIA Florida/Caribbean Magazine Project Submission Template • To submit your project, visit https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/AIAFLACommunications • Contact AIA Florida with any questions by phone at 850-222-7590 or by email at editor@aiafla.org Submission Guidelines: Submit a 300 to 500-word written proposal that accurately describes the project  being submitted.  Pertinent information must include site description and scope of the project, client input, materials, unique design attributes, site plan and floor plan. Select the best 4 to 5 high-resolution photos to represent your project. In your photos, please include a site plan and one good detail picture. Show images as large as possible. You may group images on each slide. Please caption all photos. Captions must include building orientation, i.e. the direction the facade in the photo faces. Please include the photographer’s name.
