  3. 2017 Review • Jan – Mar: Began the “Action Hour” Programme, LCCC Corporate volunteers added tyre planters to Avondale, Spider BT Box lost, replaced (and sadly lost again later), planting workshop with GH Cubs, Dunham Massey plant donation – supported residents’ alleyway greening, • Apr – June: Action Hours cont’d, GGH Garden Party, added map of GGH sites to website, adopt a treepit programme begins. • July – Sept: Secret Marje’s Park project begins, Ravenswood Rd BT Box refreshed, Britain in Bloom Judging, Bollard art added to Pocket Park, Adopted tree pit winners announced & Pocket Paradise revealed, New for Old project completed. • Oct – Dec: RHS In Bloom Awards (Thriving Award) & Christmas Party Good: Action Hours Effective Bad: Increased damage, reduced volunteers

  8. 2018 Plans & Discussion • A Year of Art: BT Boxes need redoing and have permission From Virgin & NW Electric for exchange boxes & 3 substations • Year of Workshops for kids – crafts, planting etc. • Maintenance of existing sites: each committee member to take responsibility for two monthly sessions. • Avondale Improvements – add more tyre planters, move fruit bushes, add Christmas tree, bulbs & plants. • Build & improve relationships with TMBC, One Trafford & THT – who else? • Arrange Big Clean Up Event – 2 – 4 March. • Garden Party & Christmas Party plus possible standalone fundraising event. • Monthly Blog Posts – invite authors.
