  5. Students? • Prepare for up to 50% students • 46% in 2010 • Students get all perks • banquet tickets, … • Cheap registration • Circa 40% of regular cost • How do we fund this? • w/out overpricing regular attendance?

  16. So What Do We Do? • Upgrade • espresso, happy hour • reception, today’s lunch • 14 Volunteers • reimburse/waive registration • Travel grants • flight ticket reimbursement • 8 students and post-docs • Contingency fund? • SC working to set up

Ballpark Budget • 300K ILS total • 35% of income from sponsorships • need 25% for subsidizing students at 60% • 50% of expenses - food • coffee breaks, lunches, reception, banquet • Other significant costs • rooms 20K • travel grants 20-40K • awards, tours, DoK proceedings, invited speakers, …
