  1. Draft budget

  2. Steps of work • Get the core group of main organizers and coordinators by October • Get local connections and draft curriculum by January • By February have most of the staff picked out • Have one day camps around March with the first staff meeting • Around March 15th the class curriculum should be finished. Curricula for electives and proposals for social events may take more time • Pick out and interview students with application in late April-May, perhaps have a second staff meeting then • July 25th staff starts the camp

  3. What we need • A PCV coordinator that is dedicated and able to advertise and pick out staff and PCVs in our target cities • One or a group of main organizers in Ternopil • Local connections in the cities outside Ternopil • A committed staff, who’ll be able to truly make the project their own • Advice and experience • Have a healthy cooperative atmosphere between the two future IOC camps with the two complementing each other • $ € £ ¥

  4. Future plans • Provide campers with necessary support for carrying out their individual projects through the program, the general network of people and local advisers • To perhaps have a second year of the program with a more advanced curriculum and ensure that it is sustainable • Potentially expand through the campers from other cities to have similar camps run by them
