How to accept students already in Eschool Plus with New to District Form

1. How to accept students already in Eschool Plus with New to District Form

2. Select student you will be working with by selecting Edit

3. When you select a student already in Eschool Plus, you will receive the following message. Select OK

4. You will see possible match. Verify if student is the same one, if it is, select link of student.

5. Compare the information from New to the District form with Eschool Plus information.

6. If you have verified that student is the same and you want the information from new to the district form be updated into Eschool Plus. Then check off on ‘This is the Same student’. Then select SAVE

7. You will notice that ID changes to that of Eschool Plus It will take you back to form, but notice that ID now has the word UNMATCHED next to it.

8. Enter building information and entry date

9. Once information is entered, Select Save

10. Then click Accept to bring information over to Eschool Plus.

11. Student is now made Active without duplicating a brand new ID.
