This study explores the mRNA expression profiles of Tbhmgrc1-3, Athmgrc1, Athmgrc1ΔS, and GUS genes in infiltrated leaf materials of Nicotiana benthamiana. The evaluation focuses on understanding the regulation of HMGR (3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase) genes in response to different genetic constructs. Insights gained from the expression levels of these genes will contribute to a deeper understanding of plant metabolic pathways and their regulation, providing a basis for future genetic research in plant biology.
