  3. Health Sciences Educational Technology Committee • 18 faculty including 3 librarians • Schedule meetings: Doodle • 3 meetings/year • Lunch provided • HSET blog hsledtech.usc.edu

  4. Committee Goal Enhance education in the health sciences by appropriate use of technology • Share information with each other • Learn about new educational technologies • Develop relationships with faculty from other disciplines

  5. Meeting Topics • Tablets • Google docs • Team display sharing • USC Center for Scholarly Technology • Virtual standardized patients • Neurology game development • Smart classroom

  6. Problem Identified • Difficult to schedule meetings • Lack of participation
