  8. Strokes and Shots in Tennis Forehand- One handed Stroke that uses all power from one hand to make the shot. Backhand- One/two handed stroke that is hit to your non dominant side. Drop shot- is hit to bring your opponent to the net or to win a point. Lobs shot- is hit when your opponent is at the net and brings the ball behind the opponent to the baseline. Volley shot- is hit usually at the net before the ball has a chance to bounce.
  9. Two Major Spins in Tennis Topspin- causes a tennis ball to drop in the court at a faster rate then it would. Mastering Topspin will allow ground strokes to be more consistent. Slice is the opposite to the Topspin and is used to confuse your opponents. Slice- has many form of spins, high spins, low spins, sideways spins.
