AHAMS Overview • Automated Health, Morale & Welfare (HMW) calling services that emulates highly reliable manual attendant services, enforce Department of Defense (DoD) and AF policies and provide performance monitoring • Management controls to throttle services in times of national emergency or crisis • Automated control of the time of calls within a frequency (i.e. 30 minutes per week) • Phased approach to system deployment • Phase 1 is a stand-alone base-level capability, with administration and management provided by local support • Phase 2 is an enterprise solution, with administration and management provided by centralized support
AHAMS Installation Schedule Little Rock AFB, AR AHAMS Install • Tuesday, 20 April 2008 • 0900 – 0930 Arrive on site; meet POC • 0930 – 1000 In-Brief • 1000 – 1200 MMU Installation, Testing • 1200 – 1300 Lunch • 1300 – 1600 AHAMS Acceptance, Sign-off, and Training • Wednesday, 21 April 2008 • 0900 – 1200 Training

Little Rock AFB (AETC) Site Survey • Site Survey Results: • AHAMS will be installed in Bldg 335 • The MMU will be Rack Mounted • Site Requirements: • AHAMS requires two (2) single phase power outlets • Physical connectivity from the telephone switch requires 12 Direct Inbound Dial (DID)/12 Direct Outbound Dial (DOD) analog lines, with multi-hunt group to DSN 731-2426 • Obtain/review facility engineering drawings • Site Personnel Responsibilities: • Witness Testing • Acceptance and Sign-Off • Receive Training • Designated Site Support Person: MSgt Collins
