  5. 2. Oculomotricité extrinsèque • Nerfs et muscles • III: DInf DS DInt PO et releveur paupière sup (+ para) • IV: GO • IV: DE • Pathologie => diplopie • Horizontale: DE; Dint • Verticale: GO PO (diplopie max en adduction) DS Dinf (diplopie max droite)

Oculomotricité intrinsèque • Iris • Myosis • Para • Aff: rétine => tectum (TQj ant) => Edinger Westfall (mésencéphale) • Eff: EW => gg ophtalmique (via fibres du III) => sphincter iris Patho: liée à atteinte  => paralysie, d’où tonus ++ para  ex: CBH) • Mydriase •  +++ • Aff: rétine => tectum (TQj ant) => Budge (C8-D2 via BLP) • Eff: ggl cervical sup (rameau comminuquant blanc) => dilat
