  3. Overview of Session • Purpose of Session • How to submit questions • Panelists are from San Diego County and will be discussing how CCS and school districts are implemented there. Please keep in mind that there are variations in how programs work in different parts of the state.

  4. California Children Services An introduction to how eligibility decisions are made for OT/PT through the MTP and how treatment recommendations are formulated.

  5. Occupational Therapy Provided Through the School District An introduction to how eligibility decisions are made about providing OT services through the school district and how treatment recommendations are formulated.

  6. Physical Therapy Provided Through the School District An introduction to how eligibility decisions are made about providing PT services through the school district and how treatment recommendations are formulated.

  7. Medical and/or School Based Services? A discussion about the process that determines whether a child receives services through CCS, the school district, or both.

  8. Providing Parent Support to Families Receiving Occupational and Physical Therapy Services We are fortunate in San Diego that California Children Services and our school districts appreciate the importance of parent support and empowerment.
