Gene Identification Through Saturated Sequencing Depth Analysis

DESCRIPTION

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of sequencing depth in stages of gene identification. We investigate the saturation levels achieved during different stages (I, II, and III) of our sequencing efforts. The results, depicted in Figure S13, demonstrate that optimal sequencing depth is critical for accurate gene identification, as it affects the reliability and completeness of genomic data. Our findings provide insights into the optimal strategies for sequencing to enhance gene discovery and understanding of genomic functions.
