  1. Flight heroes! Neil Armstrong Leonardo da vinci

  2. And this is 1 of his many great inventions. “Ornithopter flying machine.” Leonardo da Vinci:was an: painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, , and writer. His genius, perhaps more than that of any other figure. Leonardo has often been described as the archetype, a man of "unbelievable curiosity" and "feverishly inventive imagination". He is widely considered to be one of the greatest painters of all time and perhaps the most diversely talented person ever to have lived. According to art historian Helen Gardner, the scope and depth of his interests were without precedent and "his mind and personality seem to us superhuman, the man himself mysterious and remote". Marco Rosci states that while there is much speculation about Leonardo, his vision of the world is essentially logical rather than mysterious, and that the empirical methods he employed were unusual for his time

  3. Neil Armstrong , the first man on the moon! Neil Alden Armstrongwas an American astronaut and the first person to walk on the Moon. He was also an aerospace engineer,  test pilot, and university professor. Before becoming an astronaut, Armstrong was an officer in the U.S. Navy and served in the Korean War. After the war, he earned his bachelor's degree at Purdue University and served as a test pilot at the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics High-Speed Flight Station, where he logged over 900 flights. He later completed graduate studies at the University of Southern California. A participant in the U.S. Air Force's Man in Space Soonest and X-20 Dyna-Soarhuman spaceflight programs, Armstrong joined theNASA Astronaut Corps in 1962. He made his first space flight, as command pilot of Gemini 8, in 1966, becoming NASA's first civilian astronaut to fly in space. On this mission, he performed the first docking of two spacecraft, with pilot David Scott.
