Comprehensive Explanation • Area of applicability: All ECAC • Initial Operational Capability (IOC): 09/2013Full Operational Capability (FOC): 12/2016 • The objective will ensure the improvement of B2B exchanges between local ASM tools and NM • Implementation will provide enhanced NOP capabilities (ADR, DDR2, Flight Plan filling...) • Most of the activities are part of the Interim Deployment Programme – IDP ESSIP Plan 2014 / Overview LSSIP 2013

Most important SLoA(s) • FCM05-ASP01 – Upgrade the automated ASM support system with the capability of AIXM 5.1 B2B data exchange with NM • FCM05-ASP02 – Perform an integration of the automated ASM support systems with the Network • Each SLoA should be fulfilled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the NM B2B Reference Manuals ESSIP Plan 2014 / Overview LSSIP 2013

  8. ESSIP Report 2013 • The submitted reports indicate that the objective will be implemented in time by the relevant stakeholders. However, as this is a new objective, there is still a high proportion of States having reported -No Plan-, therefore it is still premature to identify clear trends with regard the implementation progress.
