  13. Coaches Presentation Girls Head Coach Devon Bisquera Boys Head Coach Brad Petersen Communication: Email is critical. Pleaser make sure Coaches have all parent emails to ensure parents and players are on same page. Academics Coaches expect a minimum of a 3.0 for all players. Academics come first but they can affect playing time. Code of Conduct (practice, games, tournaments…) School’s policy for communicating issues with Coaches. Player should address Coach 1 on 1, privately and respectfully (if JV, start with JV / Asst. Coach) Next step is parent to follow up with Coach via email, phone or away from practice or game. Coaches should not be addressed or confronted during practice or games. (if JV / Asst. Coach, then escalate issue to Head Coach) Next step is Booster Board and AD. Bring issue to Booster Board and they will help communicate with AD. Expectations: Players signed contracts with Coaches on expectations and parents should be aware too. Any questions, please Email coaches. Tournaments, Sections… all parent drivers need to be registered with school and fingerprinted at District Office. Go to main office for papers. If your fingerprints are on record with district, you just need to register with school.
