Wind Capacity Debating capacity value (currently using 2.6% at peak) Several alternatives being considered Will be finalized at next GATF meeting (January 26) “Mothballed” Capacity Considering showing a line item on the CDR summary New Generating Capacity “Official” reserve margin will use only capacity with a signed Generation Interconnect Agreement (SGIA) – no change from current practice Considering showing a line item on the CDR summary for new announced units or new units with air permits Remaining Items Update Report on GATF Activities--December 13, 2006
