  4. 2014 Hazard Vulnerability Analysis Results • Human Events: • Workplace violence, bomb threat, MCI (bio/medical/trauma) • Naturally Occurring: • Severe weather (tornado, severe thunderstorm, ice storm) • Technologic Event: • Electric failure, information systems failure, supply shortage • Hazmat: • Chemical exposure (external), small-medium chemical spills (internally), • Helicopter crash

March 3 Inclement Weather • Timeline (times are approximate) • Sunday 2nd1330 – IMT Call #1 • Sunday 2nd 1910 – SITREP #1 sent • Monday 3rd 0645 – SITREP #2 sent • Monday 3rd 0700 – SITREP #3 sent • Monday 3rd0700 – HCC opened • Monday 3rd 0822 – Telephone outage • Monday 3rd 1800 – HCC closed

March 5 Bomb Threat • Timeline (times are approximate) • 10:33 – Center for Emerg Mgt (CEM) notified via 911 Center • 10:35 – CEM declares incident, requests call from On-Scene Commander, begins coordination process • 10:37 – Initial pages sent from CEM • 11:10 – Threat at Fontaine • 11:25 – Barringer declared safe • 13:00 – Fontaine declared safe

  8. March 5 Bomb Threat AAR • Opportunities for Improvement • Inadequate communication between law enforcement and CEM. • Emergency communications to staff from all parties caused significant confusion. • Red Book Bomb Threat sheet is only for answering a threat by phone. • Other Comments?
