3. What we expect of users. • Spyware Blaster – click on “updates” then click “check for updates” • After the updates complete make sure to check “enable all protection”

5. What we expect of users • Malware-Bytes – This program will be used by the IT department when we do tasks on the user machine. It will check and remove any spyware that is loaded on your machine. If you feel you have spyware feel free to run this program. Otherwise it requires no intervention from the user.
