DIAGNOSTICO RAPIDO DE LA SITUACION EN ABRIL DE 2.011 Desorden en el manejo de la oficina de la administración Poca comunicación desde la administración hacia los propietarios Pérdida de información hacia y desde los propietarios Pérdida de información de años anteriores en documentos importantes Carencia de controles en el acceso de propietarios y visitantes Controles muy débiles al personal de construcción, movimiento de materiales y personal de servicio doméstico Relaciones muy débiles con la compañía de vigilancia y poco contacto con su personal ¡¡¡¡ INFORMALIDAD EN TODAS LAS GESTIONES DE LA ADMINISTRACION !!!!
