  1. The topic that I wish to do my presentation on is Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. Allscripts is a software company that supplies healthcare providers with practice management and electronic health record technology. I am interested in this topic because I am a pharmacy technician who deals with many electronically prescribed prescriptions daily and Allscripts is the nation’s largest ePrescribing provider. Allscripts does not only give healthcare providers the ability to ePrescribe. The company also provides access to electronic health records and many other technologies that improve health care such as care management and revenue cycle management software.
