  2. Prerequisite: • Each member oft the group knows and accepts the task and goal of the group

  3. Ensure transparency • What is the goal? • What is the role of each individual? • What resources are available? • What is the framework? • What is the overall structure and what is the current position of the team?

  4. Democratic leadership • Make and justify recommendations rather than giving instructions and orders • Ask for suggestions and ideas • Ask about the interests and experience of the others and use the results • Regard the different qualifications as enrichment • Empower participation, including interesting tasks!

  5. Environment • Create a working and discussion environment that encourages participation • Ward off killer phrases • Ward off personal attacks • Engage in topics that have been introduced • Implement recommendations • Provide feedback regarding what has come of recommendations • Create commitment

  6. Responsibility I and everyone else in the group - • We are responsible: • For the goal • For the group • For each person • And each person is responsible for himself/herself
