Also it hinders cadets from working out through the week. • Lab: • Sustain: MSIVs using walkie Talkies to communicate during STX. • Improve: AAR comments • Recommendations: emphasize proper format and not being a blue falcon. Focuses on the squad not the SL. • Recruiting and Retention: • Sustain: home coming parade and tail gaiting operations • Improve : Recognize the cadets that improved on or did well on the APFT. • Recommendations: Make a top ten list and display it in the office. Also recognize the cadets that have improved their score by the most points. UNCLASSIFIED
