UNCLASSIFIED INSCOM....The Army’s Operational Intelligence Force DARPA / INSCOM Technology Development Partnership • Purpose is to partner INSCOM and DARPA to make advances in technologies to reduce threat of terrorism in the US. • Current risk requires accelerated R&D process that DARPA can facilitate. • Technology developed in compliance with Wyden Amendment #59 to Public Law 108-2. Supports lawful activities of DoD and National Security Programs. • INSCOM and DARPA ensures all personnel involved have Intel Oversight Training. • The software tools being developed to mine existing databases do not give access to info the intel community does not already have lawful access to UNCLASSIFIED
