  3. Agenda • What is a WISE-4051? • What can I use the WISE-4051 for? • How do I wirea WISE-4051? • How do I program a WISE-4051? • How do I configure Kepware to talk to it? MACH2 www.WeSpeakMachine.com Brochure Screens Confidential

  4. What is a WISE-4051? • A stand-alone devise that allows us to monitor equipment that does not have a PLC, or has a PLC that does not have a way to connect to the plant’s network. • Has 8 digital input (DI) points. • Each digital input drives an internal counter. • Lives on a Wi-Fi network, allows the Mach2 server to read the counters. 5. What can the device be used for? • Our most typical use: Your existing machine provides a dry contact input that closes, then opens, each time the machine completes a “cycle”. This input is used as Mach2’s “CycleCounter”. • One WISE device can be used to monitor multiple machines, or multiple points within the same machine. • It can also monitor any other status that you would like from your existing machine through additional dry contact inputs.
