  3. SDMyLife? • Provides grounds to: • Explore careers, postsecondary options and scholarships • View current employment listings • Prepare for the ACT • Log academic, extracurricular, service and work experiences • Create resumes • Design Personal Learning Plans

SDMyLife Network? • Integrated with SDMyLife.com • Went live in schools in August • Businesses can: • Profile company and careers • Communicate with students through discussion forums • Offer and coordinate Work-based Learning Experiences (WLE) • Ex. company tours, job shadowing, internships, etc.

SDMyLife Network? • Benefits to Communities and Businesses: • Increase community visibility • Increase company visibility • Highlight community involvement • Actively develop future workforce • Promote career opportunities in SD • Identify and fill in gaps between students’ career interests and workforce needs
