  2. Steps to success • Create a gray scale using pencil on the paper provided. You need to make 10 squares. • Create a view finder • Create a small black still life composition in your sketchbook – 1 day only • Create a small white still life composition in your sketchbook – 1 day • Create a large still composition using white, gray and black objects. Your entire paper should be filled

  3. Create a Gray Scale Each square should be equally spaced light to dark

  4. Draw 4 paper curls in pencil in your sketchbook

  5. White still life – 2 days only! Focus on composition Look at the value – the lights and darks Draw what you see, not what you think you see Look at the shapes of objects Look at the shapes of shadows

  6. Daily Activity 9/17-9/18Show me what you know about value, directional line, and form
