Delivery Strategy Screening • Each profile that goes to the client, will undergo 2 rigorous levels of screening. 1st level screening is done at the recruiter end and the 2nd level screening is done at the Vertical Head level. • All the details of the candidate are captured in the Assessment sheet and forwarded to the client SPOC. • We strive hard to ensure that only the right candidate’s credentials are forwarded to the client. Delivery Strategy Follow-up and On-boarding • Post shortlisting, we do a rigorous coordination to ensure a flawless interview process. • Our Vertical Heads assist the client’s HR team in the stage of salary negotiations.
