  3. 一.UL简介 • 1890 年代,美国许多城市发生连串严重火灾,原因归咎于电器设备及电线走火。为了避免悲剧再次发生,威廉斯.梅瑞尔先生于 1894 年创办了「承保电机工程局」即「国家火险部电机工程局」的前身。UL 以仅有两位员工及价值 350 美元的测试设备,于同年 3 月 24 日批发第一份测试报告。1901 年,梅瑞尔先生一手创办的工程局改组成美国安全检测实验室公司(Underwriters Laboratories Inc.),并将测试领域扩展至电子电机以外。

  15. STYLE1007 Rating:80 deg C, 300 Vac, Horizontal flame, Oil Resistant 60 deg C or 80 deg C (optional). Conductor:32 AWG - 16 AWG Solid or Stranded. InsulationPVC: 15 mils minimum average, 13 mils minimum at any point. Standard:Appliance Wiring Material UL 758. Marking:General. Use:Internal wiring of appliances; or where exposed to oil at a temperature not exceeding 60 deg C or 80 deg C, whichever is applicable. Tags may indicate the following: 600 Volts Peak - For Electronic Use Only.

  26. Style 2095: Jacketed Cable. Rating: 80 deg C, 300 Vac, Horizontal flame. Conductor: 32 AWG minimum. Insulation: Labeled or complying with manufacturer's AWM procedurehaving a minimum rating of 80 deg C, 300 Vac. . Assembly: Two to one hundred and fifty conductors laid parallel and in one plane. Same or mixed AWG. Each conductor has a nominal 15 mils or heavier wall. This forms a flat cable with a single row of conductors having a 1/2 in. maximum width web between insulated conductors. ShieldO: ptional.   34. 四,UL部分常用的专业术语 1,Increased Inspection Program 增强检查程序(IIP) 是一种UL用来对承担纠正措施的制造厂家进行监控和评估的机制,因为这些制造厂家在先前证明其不具备按照UL要求生产产品的能力或不符合跟踪服务协议或L-40服务协议的条款和条件。 2,Initial Production Inspection 初始生产检查(IPI) 是对第一次生产运转的检查以便确保已列名(或其他)产品的制造商正在按照FUS(跟踪服务程序)流程中规定的要求进行产品的生产 3,Factory Production Inspection (FPI) 工厂生产检查(FPI) 类似于IPI(初始生产检查),主要区别在于它是由UL的工程师实施的对挑选出来的产品类别的检查(例如:音频/视频产品)。
