  4. I forgot to mention… • …at the time of his win, the charming Mr. Carroll had a long history of petty crime and antisocial behaviour. • When he collected his cheque, he was wearing an electronic tag! • What do you think now?

  5. Mr. Carroll could have… • … used his win to turn his life around. • However, he squandered the money and finished up broke again. • Is this justice, or do you feel sorry for him?
