  2. In WAVE we thought that it would be a good idea to have a look at our lunch ordering system. • We were getting complaints about our spud supreme orders in our school…

We took a survey to find out what the problems with SPUD SUPREME were. • We found out that the problems with them were things like: • They were arriving early • They were soggy and gross • They were coldAnd at the time it was not worth having SPUD SUPREME because only 3-6 people were ordering a week

  4. So we rang up SPUD SUPREME and asked if they could come in and have a meeting with us. Bella Inkersell came in and we asked if she could deliver them later, closer to our lunch time. We also discussed ways to keep the food warm.

  5. Our Findings • All the other schools that they delivered to had lunches earlier than us. • They were dropping them off at 12 o’clock and the spuds were sitting outside getting cold until our lunchtime at 12.30pm.

  6. Our solution . • Spud Supreme promised to try to deliver ours later • They would put the food into chilly bags to keep warm or into the school oven if they were early

  7. Gradually the food improved and the orders increased. Spud supreme must have been pleased too.
