ICP Funding Strategy 2 • ICP 2005 Round: • Specific areas called for upfront fund raising; but • Fund raising continued throughout the round • Contributions were in cash and in-kind • ICP 2011 Round • Follow similar strategy to 2005 Round • Try to expand range of donors • Seek greater support from Executive Board

  6. Anticipated Funds at Global Level • World Bank – 5 million USD • Existing Interim TF – 400 thousand USD • IsDB TF - 600 thousand USD • New ICP TF – 6 million USD

  7. Planned Contributions at the Global and Regional Levels • Global Office – WB budget and ICP TF • Regional Offices: • Africa – AfDB • Asia – ADB and ICP TF • West Asia – ESCWA, IsDB and ICP TF • Latin America – ECLAC, ICP TF, France, Brazil, Mexico • CIS – ICP TF, Russian Federation
