NRS and Data Collection • What is an Adult Education Learner (For National Reporting System [NRS] purposes)? • 16 years old or older • Not enrolled in K-12 school • Demonstrated deficiency in math or English (CASAS or Best Plus) • Received/participated in at least 12 hours of services (GED testing time does not count toward the 12 hours)
