  1. vocabulary • Drover- Someone who moves livestock to stores • Mustang- A wild horse • Quarantine- To cut off an are to prevent the spread of a disease • Dragoons- Calvary • Guerrilla- fighters especially untrained who use primitive tactics to combat other forces. • Remuda- extra horses • Treaty- an agreement between two parties • Lariats- a lasso • Extinction- the complete obliteration of a race • Desperadoes- Brave often desperate criminals • Felony- A crime that leads to time in prison. • Vaqueros- cowboy in spanish • Enclosure- A fenced in area for livestock.
