Analysis of NGMN Requirements REQ 9: LTE Parameter Optimization

This document analyzes the requirements outlined by the Next Generation Mobile Networks (NGMN) for LTE parameter optimization, particularly focusing on Release 9 specifications. It covers various 3GPP specifications including TS.32.521, TS.32.522, TS.32.523, TS.32.525, TS.32.541, and TS.32.542, which relate to load balancing, handover parameters optimization, SON policies, and self-healing mechanisms in networks. The current statuses of these specifications are addressed, with insights into their completion timelines and use cases for enhancing network performance and reliability.
