PROJECT GOALS • Collect “current” condition data on the residential parcels in the City of Detroit • Create a baseline of information and data products for use by professional partners and community partners • Create a Neighborhood Reporting System process to allow on-going updates from professional and community partners

  4. SURVEY OVERVIEW Data Gathered: • Address • Property type • Property condition • Vacancy • VOD • Fire damage • Vacant lot Survey Method: • Windshield survey • 3 people per car: 1 driver, 2 surveyors (1 left, 1 right) Field Tools: • Map binder with survey sheets • Survey definitions • GPS unit
