  3. Castelul de apa Castelul de apa s-a ridicatdupaproiectulingineruluiElieRadu. Constructia s-a realizatînconformitate cu proiectulaprobat de Consiliulcomunal, la 10 iunie 1910, pentrualimentarea cu apa a orasului, alimentareafacându-se direct din Dunare. Castelul de apa a fostterminatîn 1913, darinaugurarea se face abiaîn 1914, când s-a pus înfunctiuneîntregulsistem al alimentarii cu apa a orasului.
