Formula: Count and record total number of non-green products eliminated. Polarity: Higher is better Discussion/analysis: We can measure the expansion of our green cleaning by continuing the systematic elimination of non-green chemicals in our inventory . Less printing cutting back paper usage, Toner for printer, more scanning Recommendations: Initiatives/Significant Activities:Insure that the way we do business does not negatively impact the environment; By eliminating non-green products in our inventory (Eliminated regular mop Buckets &Wet mops) Forecast: Measure decrease in usage of Bravo and #22 stripper to determine which will be eliminated if not both products. We will then be above target for 2nd quarter.
