  3. History • Established in July 1, 2000 by Resolution of the Lithuanian Government • Reorganized from the Lithuanian State Quality Inspectorate, State Hygiene Inspectorate and State Veterinary Service.

  4. Mission - to protect the national market from dangerous and low quality non food products. Strategic goal- to ensure an effective market surveillance of non food products in compliance with the European Union law. Mission and strategic goal

  13. Good governance practise (5) In 2008, the State non food products inspectorateimplemented the system of Quality management, which fulfills the standard of LST EN ISO 9001:2008.
