The EAESCP helped children connect one topic with another and make each topic more relevant to life. 3. The EAESCP helped learners to see the English they were learning as something normal and natural.

  43. Problems on Implementing English Around Elementary School Campus 1. There were insufficient teaching materials for the EAESCP provided by the local publishers. 2. Students’ limited English proficiency level was another problem.

  44. Further Research Areas 1. One area that needs to be addressed concerns parents’, other subjects’ teachers’, and homeroom teachers’ attitudes toward and perception of the importance of the EAESCP. 2. Is there any difference regarding the EAESCP in rural or city schools?
