  11. i) Wages structure: • Bangladesh’s garment industry will be tallying a revised wage structure for the workers from Monday as declared by the government and factory owners’ organizations.Industry observers say the even after his or her minimum wage of has increased by 80 per cent in the new wage structure, a Bangladeshi garment worker would be receiving the lowest than the workers in major apparel exporting countries.According to the new wage structure, the minimum wage of an entry level Bangladeshi garment worker or helper is Tk 3,000. www.AssignmentPoint.com

  12. ii) Job security • Job security is an employee's assurance or confidence that they will keep their current job. Employees with a high level of job security have a low probability of losing their job in the near future. Certain professions or employment opportunities inherently have better job security than others; job security is also affected by a worker's performance, success of the business and the current economic environment. www.AssignmentPoint.com

  13. iii) Harassment • Harassment is a crime. If proven, depending on the severity and frequency of the conduct and the harasser's prior criminal record, harassment can be punishable as either a gross misdemeanor or a felony. Harassment can mean many things. www.AssignmentPoint.com

  14. iv) Violence • Violence is an extreme form of aggression, such as assault, rape or murder. Violence has many causes, including frustration, exposure to violent media, violence in the home or neighborhood and a tendency to see other people's actions as hostile even when they're not. Certain situations also increase the risk of aggression, such as drinking, insults and other provocations and environmental factors like heat and overcrowding.  www.AssignmentPoint.com

  15. v) Poor leadership • It’s always fun to read leadership quotes and hear the varying opinions on the definition of a great leader.  It’s one of those concepts, in which everyone seems to have an opinion about.  Instead of defining what a great leader, we are going to define a Poor Leader.
