  9. Performance Outcomes PVS Workfind: DEEWR performance star ratings put PVS at forefront of Job Services Australia (JSA) providers. Highest performing, or equal highest, JSA provider in 82% of the areas in which we operate. 44% of PVS sites achieved maximum performance rating of 5 stars against industry average of 8.4%. Pertemps People Development Group (PPDG): DWP performance league tables put PPDG at forefront of Flexible New Deal (FND) providers. Second highest FND performer for both short (13 weeks) and sustained (26 weeks) job outcomes. FND programme referrals to start ratio is 98%, more than 8% above our nearest rival.
