Working with well-known executive recruitment firm named D&R Associates Inc. since May 2010, Jonathan Rubeck is a well-educated professional with an accounting background. In his current role in the company which is that of a research analyst, he is responsible for recruiting people to get them better jobs with more compensation and upward mobility. Before being promoted as a research analyst in D&R Associates, Inc. in October 2014, he served as a recruiter (since August 2013) and was responsible for making cold calls to potential applicants in order to entice them for changing positions. He started his job in the company in May 2010 as a computer technician fixing computer errors and deleting viruses for them, and as a computer input operator responsible for updating all candidates in computer system. While he served as a computer technician till July 2011, he continued working as a computer input operator till August 2013.

Working with well-known executive recruitment firm named D&R Associates Inc. since May 2010, Jonathan Rubeck is a well-educated professional with an accounting background. In his current role in the company which is that of a research analyst, he is responsible for recruiting people to get them better jobs with more compensation and upward mobility. He mostly works with individuals in the tax and accounting field. In order to find the right applicants to fill open jobs, he uses many different sourcing websites, such as Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. He then phone screens them for preliminary information and passes them on to a placement management for the next round of interview. Before being promoted as a research analyst in D&R Associates, Inc. in October 2014, Jonathan Rubeck served as a recruiter (since August

A highly driven and focused individual, Jonathan Rubeck is currently awaiting his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (with a Minor in Sociology) from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and has big plans for the future. Alongside working as a research analyst in D&R Associates, Inc, he is also working as a chef in an Italian restaurant, making pasta dishes and pizza. During one summer, he even worked in a doggie daycare. Due to his love for animals, he is involved with various animal charities.
