Why does this molecule need to be replicated? How will this molecule replicate?
1. DNA helicase unwinds parent strands by breaking hydrogen bonds between the base pairs
2. Primase adds a few RNA nucleotides to DNA template strand
DNA polymerase adds nucleotides to leading strand continuously
DNA polymerase makes Okazaki fragments on the lagging strand and DNA ligase puts them together.
