  2. 1.Rules 1.1.Asian Style Preparation Time : 30minutes Constructive Speech : 7minutes Reply Speech : 4minutes POIあり、POOなし Flowとして取られるのは7:10までとします。 7:30までには必ずスピーチを終えてください。

Rules 1.2.Counter Plan -----LOで出さないといけません -----Mutual Exclusiveでないといけません。 (AffのPlanと同時並行して行えないPlanでないとダメです。 物理的に、イデオロギー的に無理の２通りある) Ex)Legalize Marijuana(物理的に無理) --Aff「マリファナ広まりすぎてやばいから、政府が安全なの作る！」 -Neg「そんなことしないで、 Punishment をもっとHarsher にする！」 Ex)Legalize Organ Trading(イデオロギー的に無理) --Aff「生きた人から臓器もらえるようにしよう！」 -Neg「生きた人より死体から取る方がいいよ！」

Rules 1.3.Definition Challenge -----LOで出さないといけません。 -----4つの条件 1.tautological:Argの理由がそのままMotionと同じ 2.squirreled:Motion Spiritから大きく逸脱している 3.time and place setting:全く想定できないような時代、場所に設定 4.truism:「military regime悪い」など当たり前すぎ Definition Challengeをされたこと、Negが理由もなくDefinition Challengeをしたことを理由に、自動的に勝敗はつけないで下さい。 AffのDefinition、またNegが出した新しいDefinitionのどちらが妥当だったのか、がディベートされますので、必ずそれを考慮してください。

  5. 2.SpeakerRole ・Leader ---Definition(PM) ---Points, Rebut(LO) ---Team Line AffのProblemへどうEngageするのかをLOが必ず明示してください。 ・Deputy ---Rebut ---Deepen the Case Whipがいますが、大事な議論には早めにEngageしてください。 　細かい反論はWhipに回して、コンストに力を入れるようお願いします。

  6. 2.Speaker Role ・Whip ---Rebut ---Summary ---Extend New ExampleやRhetoricを変えて見方の話を新しく見せるのは、アリです。 ---GWに限り、New Argument可ですがあくまでNot Welcomeです。重要な議論は前のスピーカーに渡してください。考慮されないこともあります。 ---視点を変えたりするNew Analysisはありです。(Actorで分けてみたり)
