  6. Point No.1:- (Installations of Laptops (3 BNGH & 3 HOJ)Done by OpinderKrishan & Deepak KumarWe have successfully Installed 3 Laptops in BNGH & 3 Laptops in NED on 22nd & 23rd May’13. We have installed OS in One day in all these Laptops, If OS installed by outsider then company loss Rs.6x500=3000/-1. BNGH:-i) Shashiii) Devender Kumariii) Narinder Gupta2.   7. Point No.2:- (Insallations of Scanner 5590 in Marketing)Done by OpinderKrishan & Ankush Hans. Successfully Installed Scanner in Marketing Section on dt.16th May’13, Its cost is around 9000/- which is purchased 4 yrs back.Commercial Benefit to the company Rs9000/-

  8. Point No.3:- Repaired laptop of SFO MaqboolDone by DushyantKohliRepaired laptop of SFO MohdMaqbool , SXR, which was totally not functional. He was demanding for new Laptop. We have taken initiatives to get his laptop repair from service center .By just spending 2700/- rs. Now his Laptop is working properly. From this effort we have saved the cost of Laptop which is around Rs.22000/- Screenshot of Laptop:

  9. Point No.4:- Inspections of ChakBhalwal:- Done by OpinderKrishanWe have get inpections in BEE ENN NURSING COUNCIL in ChakBhalwal on 23rd May’13 by our team member Mr. OpinderKrishan. Also We have installed 8 Computers in Computer LAB which we get from Nitco & BNGH. If these Installations done by outsider then total cost comes around Rs. 5000/-. Also next day Our officials present during inspection as a computer co-ordinator. If they hire person for full time then they paid Rs. 7000/- to Computer Co-ordinator in monthly basis.   10. Innovative IDEA:- Highlights :- Domain Shifiting of NIC. Shifting of Datacard from Aircel to BSNL. Access Point Installations in MD House. HBET Layout.

  11. Point No.1:- Domain Shifting of NIC:-Done by Mr. DushyantKohli & Ms. Manvi Sharma We have successfylly shifted Email Domain of NitcoInfotech Center from Local Server to CTS India Account. Actually last few months we were facing lot problems with our Local Mail Server. Due to this We have decided we will shift Our Mail Server Domains from Local Server to 3rd Party Vendors. After shifting domain we have holds Nitco Infotech Domain on testing mode so that we can judge how much problems will come in Local & CTS. Screenshot of Mail Server:

Point No.2:- Shifting of DatacardAircel to BSNL:-Done by Mr. Dushyant Kohli We have successfully shifted Data card from Aircel to BSNL, Actually Aircel Users are facing lot of problems in Aircel data card which is not working properly & having problems with 3G signal. After shifting in BSNL we have checked signal & working report from different users. Every users is happy with BSNL 3G services. Benefit 1800 Per Dongle Screenshot of Data Card:

  13. Point No.3:- Insallations of Access Point in MD Home:-Done by Mr. DushyantKohliWe have successfylly installed Wide range of Access point in MD Home. Actually previous Access point range in not more than 50 Meters & not covered lower floor properly. After approval of MD Sir we have installed Dlink Wide range of Access point in MD Home & have range in all floors even in outer garden areas. This Access points can covers 100 Meters range from base level.Approval of Dlink:-

  14. Point No.4:- (New Layout in HBET Website:-)Done by Mr. Nitin Sharma We have changed the layout of HBET Website with new tools as advised by Md Sir & Ms. Kalindi Bhalla. Screenshot
