Overview • World championships for eight equestrian disciplines • Largest Equestrian event in the world • Governed by the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) • Held every four years, midway between Summer Olympics • First time held outside of Europe • 16-Day Event; September 25 – October 10, 2010 • Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, KY (first time ever in one facility)

  3. Size/Scope • More than 500 competitors • More than 600 horses competing • More than 500,000 attendees • Approximately 1,200 media in attendance from across the globe

  6. 2006 Television (Aachen, Germany) • Broadcast to 150 countries • 50 TV networks • 320 Hours of Worldwide Coverage • 460 Million Worldwide Viewers

  7. 2010 Television • Expect increased viewership trends to continue • NBC Sports – Six (6) hours of weekend coverage • In discussions with major U.S. cable networks for additional coverage • European Broadcast Union agreement already in place • Project similar worldwide distribution to 2006

Equestrian Enthusiast Demographics • 46% of respondents reported an income of more than $100,000 • Nearly 20% have investment portfolios of greater than $500,000 • 85% are female; 63% are married • 87% say that involvement with horses is one of the most important things in their lives • 76% state they are somewhat or much more likely to buy products from an equestrian sports sponsor • 66% have a college degree or higher • 22% own more than one residence • 93% own at least one horse • Based on a 2005 study conducted by SDS for the United States Equestrian Federation USEF (Full study available upon request)

  18. Designation • Designation(s) as “Official Vendor Partner,” and/or other appropriate language to be agreed upon, “of the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games • Right to utilize above designation in marketing and promotional activities leading up to the 2010 Games

  19. Web and New Media • Logo and link included on website within tradeshow section • Booth space will be highlighted on the online version of the tradeshow map

  20. Signage • Vendor Partner will receive a minimum of two (2) visible and well displayed signs within the Trade Show venue • Signs will be placed in high-traffic areas for maximum exposure

  21. On-Site Activation • One tradeshow booth in the main tradeshow area • Site to be mutually selected • Booth location will be highlighted in all tradeshow maps

  22. Tickets/Hospitality • One four (4) day hospitality package for four (4) guests • OR • One eight (8) day hospitality package for two (2) guests. • Opportunity to purchase additional tickets as they are made available
