HATZ’ Tier 4 / Stage IIIb Strategy Detailed engine strategy: • 3-Cylinder with 1,5 liter for 37kW and 4-Zylinder with 2,0 liter for 56kW • Bosch 2nd Generation CR System with 1800 bar max. injection pressure • Bosch Injectors CRI2.2 (Off-Highway version) • Bosch High Pressure Pump CP4.1 with electrical lift pump • Bosch Rail • Bosch EDC17CV54 ECU (Truck version ECU) in 12V and 24V version, external • Bosch Starter Motor & Bosch alternator • High-Tech Cylinder head with optimized cooling and 2 Valve System • Hydraulic valve tappets (no valve adjustments needed) • BMTS Waste Gate Turbo charger for high Torque at low speed • EGR Cooler and Valve on the hot side of the engine • Intercooler • Engine mounted DOC after Turbine out, no DPF • Closed crankcase breather • Cast-iron block, aluminum head • Gear wheel driven Camshaft, no tooth belt, no chain! Torque point 1600 – 2200 RPM (F) • Torque increase 20-30% • Max power at 2400-2800 RPM, F-Power • 500 h service interval • Hydraulic PTO for 2 PTOs at one point, total 130 Nm continuous load • Fuel filtration with water separator mandatory on the engine • Standard starter position at oil sump, alternative position on exhaust side • 7 liter oil sump • Electronic engine control via CAN J1939 or hard wire • Speed control via CAN J1939 or analogue/digital input • Engine diagnostic via CAN to USB adaptor and customized service software • One side service H50TIC – New Engine Generation
